Innove aka Shitnove Globe Broadband is the worst

Shitnove, oops I mean Innove aka Globe is the worst. Last week we had on and off phone (landline) and internet service. I asked them how many time I have called them and they said their records showed that I had called them 17 times. Seventeen freaking times! That's for a period of two months.

These are all different days and the times when I called but hung up because I couldn't get through to their customer service isn't even counted. It's gotten so bad I don't even call them unless service has been down for more than half a day. Everyday the service is slow or gets cut off for minutes or hours.

A guy called me up last May 30 saying that they are having problems with their facility in my area and to just try restarting whenever service is offline. Gee, can't they just fix it? Then we had internet or landline from the 30th until June 4.

Well, ok maybe we could surf for 10 minutes but then it would get cut off again. Big whopee, 10 minutes, oh my gosh!

Rapidshare, megaupload, sendspace and other file sharing websites unusable with Globe Broadband

Nicknamed "shitlines boredband" by long-suffering users who are chained to a 2 year contract with Globe/Innove, this crappy service does not allow users to download anything from popular file sharing websites like Rapidshare, Megaupload, Sendspace and other such sites.

The problem with Globe Broadband

It tell me that I am not authorized to view the site because my IP Address is ban. How can that be when my Broadband connection is newly installed? So with a little research, i found out that Globe broadband is implementing IP sharing. It means, you're not the only one using that IP address, you're sharing it with other Globe Broadband users.

So since your IP is shared with so many other users you cannot download from these popular websites which many people use everyday...or they would if Globe Broadband wasn't such a crappy service.

Don't you just love it when you subscribe to Globe and realize that every hour of everyday is exciting. Why exciting? Because you never know what will happen. You can never tell if your so-called "unlimited" internet will be working or not!
